About Mufasa: The Lion King

‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ is directed by Barry Jenkins. The English version features the voices of Aaron Pierre as Mufasa, Donald Glover as Simba and Braelyn Rankins as young Mufasa. It also sees Kelvin Harrison Jr as Taka, aka Scar, John Kani as Rafiki, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, Billy Eichner as Timon, Mads Mikkelsen as Kiros, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala and Blue Ivy Carter as Kiara – the daughter of Simba and Nala.

The musical drama film – with a screenplay by Jeff Nathanson, is set to release on December 20, 2024. It will be available for viewing in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
